PowerDNS comes with the tool zone2sql. With some bash scripting, you can save yourself a lot of work. For instance, it's really easy to migrate a bunch of reverse files.

Earlier this month Poweradmin 2.0 saw the day of light. This is a very exciting release and it contains a lot of features and bug fixes people have been waiting a very long time for: support for large databases, multi-language support and support for skins. Also very important is the new user and permission management system which allows for very specific permissions for users.

A critical bug in the latest update of PowerAdmin has been identified and fixed. Everyone is advised to download the newest version and deploy it. Make sure to backup your inc/config.inc.php file and replace it after deployment.

Nearly two years since its last update there is once again an update, by my own design, for the web-based front-end for the open-source PowerDNS DNS Server, PowerAdmin.
